A recent post highlighted the data confirming that there is a labor shortage in Minnesota and that this shortage will continue to grow unless significant action is taken collaboratively between Minnesota governmental policy makers, education leaders and employers. We should all advocate for the suggested solutions, or this crisis will continue.
